Cancellations:

Cancellations can be done anytime, no commitments. To cancel your membership, simply open Resell Vault on Discord 1-1 ticket in #help.  All cancellations or updates to your billing information must be done in the Resell Vault Discord server due to the membership management system. Your membership with Resell Vault has no correlation to the Discord application, so deleting Discord will not cancel your membership.

Refunds:

We do not offer a refund policy on any product within Resell Vault. This is due the nature of our business offering a subscription model in which you are granted instant access to all of our exclusive information, tools, monitors, bots and more.
